Morten is a co-founder of VendorBenchmark and brings deep expertise in enterprise software procurement, contract lifecycle management, and large-scale IT sourcing strategy. He has worked with procurement teams at global enterprises across financial services, manufacturing, and professional services to rationalise software spend and extract measurable savings from vendor negotiations.

At VendorBenchmark, Morten oversees the contract intelligence and deal data side of the platform — including benchmarking methodology, data validation, and analysis of commercial terms across ELA structures, cloud commitments, and SaaS renewals. He writes on procurement strategy, contract benchmarking, and how IT leaders can use data to shift negotiation leverage.
