The lookups, on one page: every keyboard shortcut, every email the platform sends with the setting that controls it, what exports to what, the fixed vocabularies, and the limits you actually hit. Nothing here is new; everything here is faster to find than in the chapter that teaches it.

Every email the platform sends

Each with the switch that controls it. The standing rules: renewal-shaped email is strictly opt-in and starts silent; every recurring email carries a one-click unsubscribe that turns off only itself; quiet hours hold non-critical email, never the money-critical kind.

On by default, because silence would be a failure (each still has its toggle under Notifications):

EmailWhen it arrives
Report deliveredYour benchmark report is ready
Benchmark status updatesAn analyst picks the proposal up (with the expected date); the report enters final review
The outcome follow-upOnce, about 30 days after a delivered benchmark: What happened?
@mentionsA teammate mentions you
New device sign-inYour account signs in from a device it has never used
Invitations and account emailInvites, the change-of-email confirmation, password resets

Opt-in, per person (all under Notifications unless named otherwise):

EmailThe switch
Renewal notice alerts, deadline escalations, policy checks, above-market warnings, uplift breaches, stale benchmark reminders, drafted briefs, opening moves, prep packagesThe renewal alert set; Turn on money-critical alerts flips it in one click
The Monday renewal radarRides the renewal notice alert
The daily leverage noteRides the renewal alert set; sends nothing on a quiet day
The Monday brief (wire, renewals, watchtower, savings sections)Per-section toggles
Price list changes, priced at your seatsThe switch on Terms watch, plus your vendor follows
The Monday vendor wireThe subscribe card on the AI Research Agent
The weekly knowledge briefingThe weekly briefings card
Tips and lifecycle notesOne switch, which never touches invites, security notices, or deliveries
Chat DMs in Slack or TeamsDM the Vera bot once, then per-alert-type toggles
Your cases weekly digest, and the first-reply note per caseArrive with open cases; the digest sends only while cases are open
